It goes based on the recent changes to the law that M203s and all M203 parts & accessories -- including things such as M203 leaf and quadrant sights -- are now prohibited.
So as this is a grip for an M203, there's a chance it would get seized if it was identified as such by CBSA.
Or at least that's the possibility we were debating. And AFAIK no one has attempted to import one yet. |
