Sorry for asking such noob question i realize i may get flame for this. I have an unknown brand wood kit I would like to install on my Tm Ak47. The fitment of the kit seems to be quite good however I can not fit the battery into the stock. It sticks out by about 2-3 cm. The battery i have here is 8.4v 1300mah. 6 cells with 1 on the bottom. Now if i take out the bottom cell i believe i can fit the battery in. I do not know much about how the batteries work, is it possible for me to hack the battery in such way? or perhaps open the wrapping and rearrange it?

If that is not an option can anybody point me a source where i can pick up some new batteries? what config of battery will fit? will any 9.6v battery configuration fit???
