Last time I have access to a real dyno the gun clocked in at 445fps on semi. I dunno if its the same on full auto. I have never gone to big outdoor games I've only attend private CQB games held in factory and warehouse with a close group of friends and this gun is definately NOT allow in there.

Any drill bit and a hand drill would work. It looks like you've got an action kit which is made out of soft wood.
Put as thick of a drill bit as you can find (that'll fit inside the stock) , and slowly drill 1/8th of an inch down, test fit your battery, then continue taking little bits out as needed. By the looks of it you've got ALOT of room.
Edit: If you remove the cell the battery wont have enough power to turn your 450 FPS spring... so modifying the stock is your only option.
