How do you know? There are at least 3 different groups making complete CNC'd receiver sets out of a solid block of aluminum. I can tell you who they are and about how much they cost, but it's really not your concern, as you don't like the PTW, do you?
The reason this upper broke is because the counter-force used on the gun body was centered on the reciver pins. You think a real AR is tough enough to withstand that with a torqued nut? They make a proper receiver vise to do this job, and real armourers use it for real guns, not only for the distribution of forces on the upper, but for ease of assembly and alignment.
