my tm hi-capa did that once, the rubber seal in the loading nozzle had managed to jam itself forward. Took a bit of force, but i managed to get the slide off and unjam it.
(this was all due to firing it on propane when it was really hot out)
Take apart the loading nozzle / piston see if anything looks out of place...
