Just a thought based on that picture - when I installed the King Arms airseal chamber in my TM P226, my loading nozzle would get stuck in the chamber as yours appears to be, and would jam up my slide too. Could that be what's happening to this gun? The nozzle on my WA 1911 doesn't stick to the chamber like that when I either rack the slide or shoot it. Perhaps the tip of the nozzle is getting caught in the hopup.
