try this:
In IE, hold down your CTRL key and click the Refresh button to force a request to the server in order to see the updated pages.
You can also set IE to request the page from your server every time, bypassing caches: Tools -> Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files: Settings -> Check for newer versions of stored pages: Every visit to the page
You should return this setting to "Automatically" after you finish testing.
