Aluminum BBs are usually 0.29g in weight, and are nothing really any different in use than plastic BBs of the same weight, other than where one will deform, the other might break (or not). So in all honesty, there is more of a welt left by a 0.36g or 0.43g graphite coated plastic BB than there would be getting hit by a mid weight aluminum BB.
