Real steal HK416 upper/handguard is not available to the public yet. So you heard wrong (iv been on the Systema forum for awhile, where did you see that?). Only this summer they will be available (in the US), and get ready to ditch a lot of money.
Their's a barrel nut that lets you use airsoft handguards for PTW's but the HK416 is built differently. Their is no HK416 PTW yet.
This is what you want/need (real steal). Need to wait for this summer to get it from the US. It will be very expensive:
