You can, but it's retardedly expensive. The last quote I got for the SL-9 conversion kit was $550... I paid that for my G36, seemed rather expensive to me.
On the other hand, the conversion kit doesn't have a lower reciever, but I assume it would be restricted because the serial number is on the upper?
