Pantac might make OD shoulder pads I saw they made shoulder but haven't looked into it.
As for real gear, Blackhawk makes OD shoulder pads, but you better have lots of money and be in the US military because they don't ship the covers by themselves lol
It's doubtful you'll find any but if your looking for real covers on ebay, search for DAPS. You'll most often find coyote or ACU OTV parts on ebay though.
