Your lucky you get to pay less in the states!
If you can afford one, buy a systema PTW MAX II, you won't need to do any tweaking as it already performs as good as they get.
If you want a cheaper alternative and know a good gunsmith, G&P makes great metal bodied guns, you just have to buy all the right upgrade parts and have them put in correctly, shouldn't cost you more than 700$ in the states.
