5.11 isn't bad but it costs alot. I have a pair of gloves that started to wear out in the webbing of the thumb in less than 2 weeks. My mortor gloves seem to hold up better.
I also have a pair of 5.11 HRT boots which are pretty good. There waterproof, light and comfy. But for $200, there kinda pricey. My buddy also has a pair and the stitching has come loose with less than 6 months of wear. Not sure if quality control is shitty but I think I'll stick to Swat boots from now on.
