I think he used to get it through A&A for restricted item, but now I don't think any store does that anymore(Shootsoft maybe?). Though I supposed you can always try to ask those folks in the classified section once you get age verified. It seems there are some people with channel of getting stuff in, but ATM mostly guns but no parts....He still have one FA kit in stock, though not the one pictured but closer to Endymion's style...
