I shot Excel 0.23g for a little bit. I find that the move towards heavier ammo is better, though. I'd rather loose a couple dozen FPS for much better grouping than having a slightly higher FPS that goes all over the place. I shot 0.28g from a barely 1 joule P90 recently and I can say that any loss in FPS is completely made up for by everything else.
