Simple. That is a dovetail mount for a pellet gun or a 22 long rifle. Buy some $10 weaver style rings from a local WalMart and you are set. Make sure if you wear a mask to get tall enough ones to look down the scope with your mask on. If you only wear glasses low or medium will do fine.
