if it is small, looks like a colored box, it is the same one.
It is a big step over just a wall block, but defenitely not the best around.
You can get a decent charger for around 80$.
I recommend the Dynamite Prophet Plus 2. Compact and efficient charger.
You can hook it to a car battery too.
