the receiver is the restricted part of an airsoft gun, therefore it cannot be imported by just anyone, the retailers with proper importation licences, CAN import a receiver for you, but since most of them have an 18+ policy then YOU cannot buy one from them. There are people in the parts classifieds that sell receivers that they have procured by whatever means, dont ask dont tell.
