You shouldn't need a sector clip for the gun. I run at over 30 RPS and have never had to use them.

Things to check are the mags (use somebody elses known-to-work mags in your gun, and use your mags in theirs and see which feed), and the bucking (quickest way to see if the bucking is installed correctly is to chrono the gun and make sure it's at the correct FPS for the spring).

After that I usually checkout the nozzle to see if it's too long (easy test... well not as easy with an AK as an M4... but it's to put a .5 to 1mm spacer between the gearbox and the hop-up unit. If the gun feeds fine after the spacer than your nozzle needs to be trimmed).

The next step is to go into the gearbox and see if the tappet plate is worn around the area that the nub on the sector gear pulls it back.
