yeah ripstop cotton will be a problem because one of the main things we do is sublimation. For those who don't know what it is, it is basically printing onto a garment. Sublimation doesn't work on cotton very well, only polyester.
I guess the route I think I'll go is to go with a generic shirt like a 5.11 HRT and make it available in any camouflage pattern know to man
and use venting/breathable material. I don't think I can afford to buy every BDU out there and replicate it using different materials.
