This here is based largely on personal opinions:
Classic Army G36C RAS frontend kit only [no barrels etc]
-Fine. Keep in mind the colour of the CA G36 is different than the TM one, so you'll end up with a gun that has slightly different shades.
Dboys 470rd Hicap Mag x2
-Lose the highcap. Hicaps are gay, and generally not favoured in CQB.
Dboys 2000rd Drum Mag
-Same as above. King arms makes very nice G36 magazines (50r).
AixiZ Green laser RIS
-Don't mount a laser on an airsoft gun. You won't be allowed to use it.
Attack Pack 8.4v 1500mah battery
-Never heard of the brand. Go with something good like an Intellect or Elete Battery.
8.4v 4500mah battery
-Large battery won't fit in a G36 unless you mount it externally or get the large battery forgrip, which looks like ass IMO.

I'm thinking I should probably throw in the G&P tactical folding stock that allows for the 9.6v battery, but I'm also horrible with wiring and so forth, and would prefer to get it done by someone that knows what they're doing on a much more competent level than myself.

If you mount a 9.6v, you'll have to do a lot of internal work first.

I want this to be my short-stock CQB weapon, hence the stubby silencer, and the 552-type sight.

Then lose the silencer altogether. The G36C is very short without it.

Any suggestions on how to make my stock TM G36C better and cooler would be whole heartedly and graciously welcomed. Naturally, suggestions on where to start with internals would be greatly appreciated as well.

Personally, I like the G36 left nearly stock, with maybe a foregrip and a holosight or something on it, and maybe a small PEQ box. Nothing else. That is, of course, my personal opinion. On my G36E the only external mods I've done was replaced the carry handle/export sight with an SL8 rail, and I love the way it looks.
As for MB mods, I'd look at metal bushings, metal spring guide, an MS100SP spring, and tightbore. Maybe a polycarb piston and tappet plate if you're going to be running a 9.6.
