Ive had this problem happen so many times before with my KSC USP .45 and compact.

The problem is that there is too much oil on the hop-up, which causes the nozzle to push the BB's past the hop-up because there is not enough friction. What I do is take a shot the clean the hop-up with a q-tip and then take another few shot then clean the hop-up again. If the hop-up looks like its coming out it's probably because its swollen from too much oil. What you need to do is take it out and try to dry it. ( you might need to get a new hop-up)

This happens to me allot right after I clean and re-oil them. I think KSC USP's have a really touchy hop-up.
