You've most likely got a bb jammed in the middle of the three loading nozzles which will prevent the gun from firing while loaded. If you don't see a bb in there at the moment, it's probably popped out, but I bet the damage is already done to the nozzles themselves. If thats true, you will feel air coming out the barrels when you dry fire, but as soon as you start using bb's, it will jam up again.
Assuming I'm right, to fix, you'll have to order a trinozzle (Part number 2 inside of M3-1), and open up the guts to replace it. Not hard, but time consuming. PM me if you got any questions about this.
