I haven't worked on a PSG-1 in a while, so unfortunately, off the top of my head, I can't recall how the switch assembly goes together. Once I have it in front of me, I can figure it out, but at this time, I am unable to help you.

I'm trying to see what's going on with your trigger assembly, but the lighting is very low for those pictures. If you could take the pictures again with more light (especially on the dark areas), that could help me identify your issue.

Note: after i assemble the mechbox, the trigger is "loose" (i mean that it has no such other part to which can make any pull or push function)..hope you understand what i mean..
