Memory does not exist.
AND
It is not good for the battery.
If the pack is brand new, it should have between 10-20% of charge. Not enought to cycle a gun properly.
Charge it and test. If it does the same thing again, then you have a wiring issue. Something heats-up when you fire and the contact gets worst and worst.
