I personally have never raised the price of something that I have already paid for at a lower price. In fact I did one order at the higher price and still sold it at the lower price as I thought the dollar would bounce back. The annoying thing is that the price of oil drops yet the shippers still have in place their fuel surcharge (Canadpost at 15%)
