You should change the whole cylinder.

PDI and some other makes some nice kits.

This is pricey though.

Then you just have to drop a spring in it.

The stock parts will get damaged quite fast if you just change the spring.

The PDI hop-up and tightbore are more for accuracy. You can still use the stock hop-up unit fine.
