A TM MP7 with a full conversion to Laylax internals should push about 300-310, a decent increase from the stock 250-260ish FPS. Expect to look into the area of $150-$200 or maybe a tiny bit more if you need to factor in shipping from multiple retailers. This ball park doesnt include factoring in the possible cost of the external battery set up.

Clone MP7s have very varying degrees of FPS depending on quality of parts and QC, there could be multiple airleaks or the silly thing could just really be that crappy, after all in most cases a person does get wha they pay for. Clone MP7's have been known to range between 150FPS all the way to 250FPS.
