So far as I know, both the Systema "M" and Prometheus "MS" labeling systems stand for Meters/Second.

A M120 spring means 120 m/s = 120*3.3 = 396fps

But note...practically, a lot of rifles with M4 length barrels, and mild upgrade parts will put out 420-440fps....

So a M170 = 561fps theoretical

and a MS210 = 693fps theoretical

both with .20g bbs

have fun...best of luck...(for the one shot you'll get...LOL)
