I'm not asking if you can circumvent the rules but if it's possible to "pre-verify" and get your info submitted on your birthday.

That would be a pain in the ass for the people who do the age verification, especially since they do this for free and im pretty sure they dont want the hassle of having to remember who's info to forward on what birthday just so you can be verified on you birthday.
