Are you using a mini battery or a nunchuck style battery? Those are made of smaller cells that usually have a bit of difficulty achieving enough discharge rate to pull that kind of spring. If possible, you may want to consider switching to a different battery system that can accommodate a larger battery. My ICS M4 had trouble pulling an M120 with smaller batteries.

As a side note, I'm sure you're aware of the strain an M130 is going to put on your mechbox and the FPS limits where you intend to play? An M130 is going to fetch you in excess of 420 FPS.
