Does Anyone know where I can find long low cap 100 round Mp7 Magazines for cheap and a trustworthy site?

I got 2 from buyairsoft.ca and they where crap! they where high cap ones and they jam about 95% of the time i can maybe fire 6-7 round before it jams

Also where can you buy those long silencers the i see on you tube?
