The CS95 PLCE is great webbing. The only consideration is weighting it right so you dont get burns or flopping. Basically too heavy it rubs and you need a extra pad called a hippo to keep you happy. Too light (definitely an issue with airsoft mags) and it'll bounce. To stop the bounce you can add bungees to tighten up the pouches to each other and maybe add a couple of full water bottles. To be honest most guys get issued the CS95 PLCE but eventually purchase vests or south african webbing.
