CBSA will
never give you a surefire answer about this. Whether or not an item is siezed is up to the
individual who inspects it. It is
not set out in any written policy what is siezed and what isn't.
Seriously... if there was a way to get airsoft guns across the border, do you really think we'd be paying the rediculous prices we pay?
