That only works if the colour is assumed to be colour correct, which in 90% of cases, it isn't - particularly if it's from a photograph.
The only way it can be done is if the web site is displaying colour swatches made from the correct RGB values.
Be cautious of the source of origin if you are looking for accuracy in anything.
