is on the enforcement side... the police do not enforce the existing laws.

Mostly because they don't understand the laws themselves or the Judiciary lacks the will to criminally charge someone for offenses with "fake guns"

Kids busted for shooting out windows with pellet guns should be criminally charged with firearms offenses.. and jailed ( if the law was applied as written)
but it never is.

I doubt there will be any changes in the existing laws... which is both good and bad for us.
