So after searching around the conclusion is this

Bling Chrome and Shiny Gold and Stainless Steel - Are not attainable with home hardware tools or techniques. The only way to do it right is to gold or chrome plate it at a custom shop or anodize it. You can somehow try the paint and sand and polish technique but probably won't get the desired "Bling" Effect

Unless you have a custom metal work shop in your house then by all means link up your business if not then you cannot achieve the effect on your own.

On the other hand

Silver Polish - Easily attainable with home hardware techniques just paint and sand and polish and continuously do it for a nice shiny

Anyways I sure hope this puts to rest any other request on how to make things BLING. Cause the only 100% sure way is custom plating it.
