We don't make distinctions between milsim games and skirmishes. A hosted event is a hosted event. As for whether or not you can play, either read the rules for the game in the Games and Events Section, or if what you're looking for isn't in there ask the host. It really is that simple. If you ask a host the worst that can happen is they'll say no.
