If it's on sale at an American retailer, you won't be able to ship it here anyways. If you're talking about a Canadian retailer, talk to the admin. They're all here and probably would be willing to extend the price for you if you let them know about your AV status pending. Also, if this is a Canadian retailer, props to them for ensuring they're not selling to minors.
