Make sure you get something WELL under 5MW... 5MW and above can cause eye damage.. and most of the time lasers are alot more powerful than their rating states.

To add to this:
Gutting a $20 Chinese Surefire knock off would be a good place to start for getting that light up and running. Rewire the contacts so you can position the CR123's anywhere you want in the case, and then wire your pressure switch to replace the momentary / constant clicker switch of the flashlight.
