Ive been gaming my gun for the past month now, once or twice a week for a solid 4-5 hours each time. Another 3-4 clips inbetween each outing.

Im wondering what kind of maintenance schedule you guys are performing and what you are cleaning/inspecting while the gun is apart?

I have to take the gun apart to replace the spring next week, and was planning to clean the barrel, inspect the hopup, and do a general inspection of the mech box while its open. Re-check the shim job, inspect the bushings, re-grease/lube the mechbox and re-install everything.

Any tips for us new airsoft gun owners for maintenance and general upkeep?
