First post here after 3 years of facebook cringe.

So those Comtac II/III repros have been popping up on ebay more recently. They claim to be compatiable with amplified PTTs intead of ztac shit ones.

Now I've been considering of running Peltor 6S with speaker mic for my full taliban baofeng since that's the setup even some real military/LE guys I saw using(except the taliban part), but now I'm thinking this might be a decent alternative with similar pricepoint -headset at ~$100 USD and amp'd ptt's at ~$70 USD on ebay I belive- with ability to actually have mic on my headset.

Has anyone actually tried them by any chance before?
