The gold piston doesn;t need to be split. Take the gold piston head and put it on front of piston. Stack the 3 bearing pieces on the inside of the piston. Order being washer/bearing/washer then put the silver screw retainer in the piston followed by the screw to hold it all together. That's what I was trying to figure out. Thanks for your help.
So in this order?
I noticed that the little protrusion on the piston head doesn't fit in the hole of the black piece, it looks as if there should be a washer in between, or is there suppose to be a gap? Also the last piece should it be facing the way it is in the pic or reverse?
