Becuase its made in china and of very poor quality?
Theres a number of sites like that, Ebaybanned, Combat gearing that all sell the same low-grade crap for what seems like unbelivably good deals. Thing is, you get what you pay for. When buying gear, especially something important like a vest, dont cheap out. Buy something good. ASCmart sells a number of good pantac replicas
