Cheap desert fleckarn backpacks at Zellers
I saw those today in the sports/camping department at Zellers. They are medium sized "Kodiak" brand backpacks in desert flecktarn pattern. I couldn't compare on the spot, but it seemed fairly accurate.
Only $20. I should have bought one. "t" of flecktarn missing in title. |

Nothing really new considering that MARPAT material and BDUs were being sold at Walmart in Ottawa last year, helps me defend against those that swear by MARPAT as being hardcore pattern (I renamed it WalMARPAT), then claim that multicam is refered to as "airsoftpat" (even though MANY real steel shooters in the US swear by MC, and I've heard a very few times that some US soldiers, such as aircrew in special forces units, are now wearing multicam from an unproved source).
Still, if Walmart sells the camo for every size from toddler to adult in a pattern................. Ahem, MARPAT, lol, at least multicam can't get the same low opinion from MARPAT wearers, should it? When the day comes that multicam is sold in Walmart, then I'll join the MC shoot down club as some others (pointing finger at Morbius..........lol). |
