Just out of curiosity, the guys who ordered from Ebairsoft, did they start shipping your helmets yet? I haven't gotten any notifications stating otherwise considering that they were supposed to be in stock by the 16th, yesterday. I am just curious considering I wont be able to pick it up till next month anyway.

Josh, did you receive a shipping notice?
I haven't received anything yet... actually, the last few eb orders I did, I never received a shipping notice. Just a confirmation email when the payment was made, and after that, there was no further contact. The item just appeared at my door step. |

I got a tracking number from them.
I checked the tracking no. from hong kong post and it says it left hong kong on the 12th. But then i checked with canada post and it says the tracking number doesn't exist. Anybody having the same problem? |

The tracking number won't exist with Canada Post till the package clears from customs and gets transferred to CanadaPost's hands.

It says it doesnt exist because its not in canada yet. They scan the tracking number when it comes in and they put it in their system. Same thing happened with my stuff before. Oh, Illusion beat me to it, but as soon as its in the country they put it in the system. Last time mine said it was in customs in the tracking system.

Weird cuz the order before this. As soon as it it hit the country its was in the Canada Post tracking system. Then the customs inspection hit it right after.

If the paperwork is filed ahead of entry to Canada Customs, then it will enter CP's system. It's not always the case.
In any case, it definitely won't appear in the Canada Post system until the package has at least landed on Canadian soil. |
