Also, the 2 buttons for laser activation... I assume that is full and half power laser intensity. Since this is an airsoft gun I was wondering how intense it is. Daylight viewable? From how far? Does the laser ever look like an enormous blob at range?

A real Laserex unit for the P90 is 8mW.
Civilian Laserex units are <3mW.
I'm hoping the G&G version is around 3mW as well.
it holds zero fine
1 button for laser activation on middle finger under trigger 1 setting
it is ok as far as view ability.

when i say the optic is crap. I mean it is made by another company for G&G and it is not built to the same standard. the green dot cannot be adjusted within the reticle but rather the whole optic moves on the rail. so my problem is my green dot is sitting up and right a bit and i cannot center it in the optic. So i can center the green dot on target but its awkward to use

Can you remove the optic entirely? This is what I did for the RDS upper @ http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=145804

pics please. If you don't want to open up the gearbox, then some really nice shots of the gearbox outside of the gun would suffice.

lol did you already put a lonex motor on it?

very interesting... a couple screw holes have been moved around from the standard v6, and the spring chamber has been extended and reinforced to accommodate the quick spring change/adjustment.

The trigger block is also smaller and the full auto contacts are moved up from the regular v6 spot.

Also the motor cage looks a bit different... they might have changed the shape of the gearbox and motorcage on the bottom... maybe to make room for the laser switches.

I wonder what the 2 KA gearboxes look like.. one is also supposed to have quick change spring, the other is a more standard v6 with 8mm bushings/bearings.

Pre-radius'ed cylinder corners too! Is this standard on V6 boxes?

Any feeding issues?

on my CA p90 gearbox, they made an attempt at radiusing the corners, but they failed miserably and there was a crack that had already formed when I got it.... it's a ticking timebomb I think... and CA won't get back to me on whether or not I can buy new gearbox shells. :/

It's definitely not CNCed... looks like standard potmetal casting but coated with something like the CA one.

I found the guarder infinite torque to be super loud/screechy, even when properly height adjusted (but I got is used, no telling what kind of life it went through)... I'm a converted lonex whore now though... but I suspect I'd like any neo motor. The guarder IT is pretty good though... was getting pretty good rps on my 11v lipo with stock gears.

If a bunch of people are interested, I'd be happy to do a group order of these.
