My new Krinkov project...

I've been playing a lot of CQB lately and I've been loving my AK, but in certain areas its been a little on the long side to move in and around. I was looking to get an AK74u, but having a couple of rails would be nice..I know all the purists are going to hate, but I took a lot of ideas from a Krink that I found and made my own. Just got it back from powder coat and put it all together. It's my new PDW killer!!

Thanks Tyson

Hey I like your AK74U as well!! Just wondering what rail you have on yours? Is it the Matrix one? If so did you have any issues with fitting the rail?

I bought mine used, so the previous owner already had it on and fitted. It was a little wobbly at first, but I further grinded some parts and reinforced the bottom tab fitting portion. Now its rock solid. As for the brand of the rail system... I'm not entirely sure. I've seen some that are similar that are A.C.M. over on some of the Asian websites.

Oh, by the way, I loved how your 74u turned out sooo much, that I had to strip mine down and paint it, lol.

All credit goes to you though.

Lol...you have to post pics as soon as its done. My buddy was always grinding me about my AK being too long for CQB (just because he owns a PDW and its great because of the size and configuration options etc..etc..). So I am going to pull this out next game and we'll see about his attitude towards AK's

Or at least wear them around a gold chain or gold one point sling on your neck

Nice gold AK's!

You realize you'll have to dress up like a despotic dictator at every airsoft event, right? *L*
