CO2 and Gas Blowback?
I want to know what is the big difference between the two.

C02 is a gas.
Gas blowback is a system that gas blowback pistols use to cycle and propel a BB.

We don't use CO2 to power our GBB's.
We use "Green Gas" AKA Propane or Duster Gas (Difluoroethane). CO2 will damage your gun unless it was designed to be used with CO2 (CO2 is kept at a much higher pressure than what most GBB's are designed to be used under).

The correct duster gas for airsoft use is HFC134A, which is tetrafluroethane. Difluoroethane is corrosive to rubber and will ear your seals. I use about 1 can of propane a year (I run a pistol every game and it actually sees use every game)
I've seen people go through 4 powerlets in a single game... Propane wins IMO. |

I'd only use CO2 Powerlets for cold weather games for a GBB rifle.
Not a TF11 or any of those. Otherwise propane for teh win. Unless you dig having a hose running outta your gun than HPA wins
