M14 Mag Problem

when I fill my mags sometimes the pin gets stuck and wont push the bbs back up. this happens to all 7 of my TM M14 mags. I dont know if its just me trying to over pack the mags. I was just wondering if this is happening to anyone else. My only comparison is my TM g36 mags and it never happens to them.

It hasn't been happening to my mags. I've got 8 TM mags (I've taken one apart only), and they've been feeding fine. Does the problem ever happen if you, say, put in fifty rounds per mag instead of trying to get your 68 rounds in?

no, around 60 is perfect

I guess I should count how many pumps instead of just going untill it feels full.

What kind of ammo are you using? Its wierd, but when I used 0.23g ammo my mags jammed up like crazy when they never did using .20 or .25.

I did try 10 TM LO_CAP and they have a tendency to jam pretty often.

this week end i've got major problem with 0.23 too. I had the same problem with 0.20, so i guess i will stick with 0.25.

The only trick that did work was to lube the mag, before filling it, and then they were working properly.

The hi-cap from TM, work realy fine, never had a problem with it.

SIIS .30G dont buy them they scratch VERY easily. They are ok in a AEG mag but in my Tanaka M24 mag they get torn up and they start flying everywhere.
